A boutique accounting and advisory firm that specializes in tax, audit, and business consulting services for both domestic and international clients is seeking a Tax Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role in Hollywood, FL (3 days on-site), with an annual salary of $75,000-$85,000.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in tax
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tax software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the tax team
- Assist with preparation, e-filing, and timely submission of tax returns
- Maintain accurate client records, files, and tax documents
- Track filing deadlines to ensure compliance with tax authorities
- Communicate with clients to collect information, answer questions, and provide status updates
- Prepare engagement letters, invoices, and client correspondence
- Organize and safeguard tax department files with strict confidentiality
- Stay current on tax regulations and deadlines to support the team
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed
