A boutique accounting and advisory firm that specializes in tax, audit, and business consulting services for both domestic and international clients is seeking a Tax Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role in Hollywood, FL (3 days on-site), with an annual salary of $75,000-$85,000.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative experience in tax
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tax software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the tax team
• Assist with preparation, e-filing, and timely submission of tax returns
• Maintain accurate client records, files, and tax documents
• Track filing deadlines to ensure compliance with tax authorities
• Communicate with clients to collect information, answer questions, and provide status updates
• Prepare engagement letters, invoices, and client correspondence
• Organize and safeguard tax department files with strict confidentiality
• Stay current on tax regulations and deadlines to support the team
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed
